Terms and Conditions

All website projects are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.
  • All information is to be supplied in a digital format, any information meant for page wording is to be sent as digitised text.
  • 40% deposit based on the website build cost is required before the project can commence.
  • All projects to be completed within 4 – 6 weeks from deposit date provided that content is supplied by the client within this timeframe.
  • Balance is to be paid within 7 days of the website going live.
  • Any content related subscriptions included in the website order are to run for 12 months.
  • An additional hourly rate of $95 will apply for site development required after the 4 week period .
  • A small PlannerWeb text link is to be placed at the bottom of each website page.
  • Any designs produced by PlannerWeb may be used for advertising purposes.
  • There is a maximum of 3 client design changes per project.
  • Each website project includes 5-6 images FOC. Images selected from www.thinkstockphotos.com.au
  • Payment of the deposit is an acknowledgment, understanding, agreement and acceptance of all Terms + Conditions within this document.
  • Should a job begin and a site be built but the client no longer wants to complete the project then the cost of building the website is still payable in full.
  • Terms and Conditions can be changed without notice.
  • Our preferred method of payment for all invoices is a bank direct debit within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • For monthly subscription invoices we encourage a monthly recurring direct debit be set up with your bank within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Payment by credit card (Visa & Mastercard) will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
